Statement of Attribution and Thanks
This, like all textbooks, is a truly collaborative work. It would not have been possible with out much collaboration and the gracious sharing of resources, which allowed us to build and revise something uniquely helpful for the students at LSUS.
The text of this book was written by Joshua Rea and Kayla Shearer. It was edited by Sarah Mazur, Sean Miller, James Curtis, and Kathy Pollock. Formatting for the web was done by Sarah Mazur.
All works that have been adapted, remixed, and reused are listed below. The faculty of LSUS is grateful for your willingness to freely share your work.
