About the Author

Dr. Jeff McLaughlin PhD is an associate professor at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada. His pioneering online work in the 1990s led him to discover early on what promises educational technology would bring and what promises they would ultimately break. He is author or editor of seven other books whose topics range from comic books to the Holocaust.
